Mr. Gilbert Wong, Mayor, Cupertino visited the city of Bhubaneswar to explore the possibility of having a Sister City tie-up with the city during 23/02/11 to 25/02/11. During this visit a letter of Intent (LOI) was signed between Mr. Anant Narayan Jena, Mayor, Bhubaneswar and Mr. Wong, Mayor, Cupertino to this effect.
